"Difficult to locate the right size"
We own a compact fireplace, so I was pleased to discover a grate that fits just right. The grate was securely packaged and showed up as scheduled.

"Why I gave you such a high rating is 'cause you have the fitting..."
The reason I gave you such a high rating is 'cause you have the fitting I've been searching high and low for. Two other companies I ordered from sent me what were basically appliance connectors instead! Neither of them got why I needed that side crimped, even though the picture on both sites clearly showed the exposed inner pipe crimped! I'm crossing my fingers that the third time's the charm. I have a good feeling it is, since you're the only site that explained what the fitting is for. Man, I wish I had found you guys ages ago.
